Getting started with CrossFit is easy! Simply work 1-on-1 with one of our expert coaches to learn CrossFit in a way that’s uniquely yours while getting a good sweat on every time. After 6 sessions, you’ll be ready to tackle the real deal with our awesome community of athletes!
For busy professionals on-the-go, athletes who need customized programming to get to the next level, or people with special needs – we’ve got you covered! We offer flexible personal training sessions and/or custom programming at competitive rates to help you get to maximize training effect and achieve your goals!
Mindfire Move is a high intensity interval training class for all athletes of all levels. The goal of this class is to have fun and MOVE! On Ramp program completion is not required for this class.
