Olympic Weightlifting

When it comes to generating explosive power, nobody on Earth does it better than Olympic weightlifters! The mere practice of the snatch and clean & jerk enhances an athlete’s ability to apply large amounts of force in a small amount of space and time. It’s a great way for CrossFit athletes and other sports athletes to improve strength, power, balance, agility, and coordination.

CrossFit Powerlifting

CrossFit Powerlifting is a tiered program focused on powerlifting with a strongman component as seen through the CrossFit methodology. Participants will dial in on basic heavy lifts (such as deadlifts, back squats, and bench) and getting exposure to strongman training methods, while keeping to the variety, intensity, and volume that CrossFit’s known for.

CrossFit Gymnastics

CrossFit Gymnastics is a modular specialty program designed to enhance one’s ability to perform specific CrossFit gymnastic movements. Designed for intermediate and advanced athletes, each 6-week cycle will focus on a specific movement in order to help athletes overcome goats and/or optimize movement patterns/technique.

CrossFit Mobility

CrossFit Mobility is a specialty program that helps athletes of all skill levels learn basic to advanced techniques to improve mobility and optimize movement patterns. Athletes with impingements and/or mobility issues will benefit greatly from knowledge and techniques learned from this course.
