Refund Policy

This article describes the rights and responsibilities our members have in regards to refunds.

NO REFUNDS

Generally, CrossFit MindFire will not issue refunds once payment has been made except for the following situations:

  • Fraud
  • Administrative error (Ie. Multiple/duplicate billing, incorrect product/services, delay in customer service, etc)
  • Contractual clause

REFUND TIMEFRAME

Please allow up to 10 business days for the issuance of refunds set to be made.

NON-MONTHLY RECURRING MEMBERSHIPS

No refunds nor credits will be issued for non-monthly recurring memberships such as punch cards, specialty courses, etc. These memberships have finite/set start & end dates and it is the responsibility of the member to attend/use the memberships in full. CrossFit MindFire assumes no responsibility in providing credits/refunds for unused portions of these memberships outside of class/event cancellations.
