Punch Card Policy

This article describes the rights and responsibilities our members have regarding their punch cards.

APPLICABILITY

CrossFit MindFire no longer offer punch cards as a valid ongoing membership option for new members. Existing members may keep their punch cards per our grandfather clause per our Membership Policy.

AUTO-PAY

Our punch cards expire after 10 uses or 60 days, whichever happens first, upon which it will be automatically renewed via auto pay. Please see our Membership Policy for more information regarding auto pay.

HOLDS

Punch cards cannot be placed on hold and/or extended.

CHANGES: HOLDS & CANCELLATIONS

Please see our Membership Policy for more information regarding making changes to punch cards.

LOCK: 7 DAYS PRIOR TO BILL DUE DATE

Please see our Membership Policy for more information regarding payment locks.

REFUNDS

Generally, we will not refund and/or otherwise reimburse members for any unused portions of the punch cards. The only exception to this rule is if members are denied the ability to use their punch cards due to our inability to conduct classes. Please see our Refund Policy for more information.
