It’s a series of potentially 6 sessions designed to help you learn the CrossFit foundational movements in a safe and effective manner, while you get a good sweat on each and every time. Every session builds on top of each other, so you’ll be well-prepared for the real deal!
Step 3
When you graduate from On Ramp, you’ll be well-prepared to take on CrossFit as a new member of our awesome community of athletes. This is where you sharpen everything you’ve learned while training alongside new friends who are every bit as passionate about health and fitness as you!

What is the On Ramp program?

The On Ramp program is a series of 6 planned lessons designed to teach you the building blocks of how we do what we do in the Crossfit world. Each lesson builds on top of the other, introducing more movements each time. These lessons are taught in a small group setting by one of our expert coaches in order to give you the best environment to learn without distractions.

How do you I sign up for On Ramp Classes?

Signing up for your On Ramp Classes can all be done right here! Please click here. On Ramp Classes are offered twice a week on Thursdays from 6:30 to 7:30 PM and on Saturdays from 9:00 to 10:00 AM. Additional times may be offered if these times do not work with your personal schedule. Please contact us at 412-259-3527 or crossfitmindfire2.0@gmail.com to discuss further. Do I HAVE to complete the On Ramp program to start doing CrossFit?

Those with little to no experience with CrossFit must complete the On Ramp program before taking regular CrossFit classes. Depending on the outcome of your introductory training, your coach may recommend additional 1-on-1 sessions to supplement the standard On Ramp course.
