The On Ramp program is a series of 6 planned lessons designed to teach you the building blocks of how we do what we do. Each lesson builds on top of the other, introducing more movements each time. These lessons are delivered 1-on-1 by one of our expert coaches in order to give you the best environment to learn without distractions. Once you graduate, the coach you worked with becomes your Coach for Life for as long as you remain a member of our community of athletes.
Those with little to no experience with CrossFit must complete the On Ramp program before taking regular CrossFit classes. Depending on the outcome of your introductory training, your coach may recommend additional 1-on-1 sessions to supplement the standard On Ramp course.
Scheduling for On Ramp classes are flexible because there is no set schedule. When you sign up for the On Ramp program, we’ll schedule all 6 sessions in advance for times that are mutually convenient for you and your coach.
We recommend completing the program within 2 weeks by taking 3 classes each week.
The On Ramp program cost is $270 for all 6 classes.
Yes. You can pay $135.00 every other week for 4 weeks OR $67.50 every week for 4 weeks.
