Mike is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer who specializes in power and strongman style lifting. Being a lifelong athlete having participated in various sports throughout his entire life, Mike found CrossFit to be the perfect way for him to combat the effects of having a sedentary job after college. He loves physical training and truly enjoys helping others become the best “them” they can be. His best advice for new people is this, “Consistency. Stick with it. You may be intimidated but come through the door, meet the people, and don’t worry about what anyone else is doing. The only competition that matters is you against you, and we [the coaches] are going to help you every step of the way.”
